Booking

Please note: I am currently accepting new female clients only.

Timeliness

Your appointment starts at the scheduled time. Please do not show up more than 5 minutes early. If you are late to your appointment we will end at the scheduled time. 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in my schedule that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or no-show an appointment, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. 

Rescheduling Appointments

You can easily reschedule appointments online or by emailing me, as long as it’s more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you reschedule within 48 hours it’s considered a late cancellation and will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Fees & Payment

You will be expected to pay after the treatment is done before you leave. E-transfer is the preferred method of payment. I also accept cash, debit, and credit card.

Insurance

Direct billing to all major insurance companies is available for massage therapy. Every plan is different and covers a different amount of the total treatment fee. In some cases, plans do not allow direct billing: the client must pay for the treatment in full and submit the receipt to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

Intake form 

You will receive an intake form by email when you book your first appointment. Please fill this out a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time. This allows me time to prepare for your unique needs and preferences.
