About Sarah

I've spent the last seven years in deep study of the nervous system — how it shapes the way we feel, move, and live in our bodies. My work sits at the intersection of bodywork and somatics, and it's informed as much by personal experience as by training. I've navigated my own journey through nervous system dysregulation and disconnection from my body, and I know firsthand what it takes to come back into a relationship with yourself. That lived experience is central to how I work with others.

The focus of my work is women's nervous system health and pelvic health — areas I see as deeply interconnected and chronically underserved. Guiding women into a deeper relationship with their body, and holding space for the multidimensional healing that follows, is my greatest passion.

My relationship with the natural world runs through everything I do.

Time connecting with Mother Nature keeps me rooted in the same embodied awareness I bring to my practice. Outside of work, you'll find me hiking, climbing, gardening, or making art.

My Approach

Nearly a decade of bodywork has shown me two things consistently: how disconnected many people are from their bodies and how profoundly healing it is to come back.

My work is to help you befriend your body. To move from disconnection into a relationship that feels safe, honest, and yours.

I work with the nervous system, not against it. The body isn't a problem to be fixed, it’s a resource, carrying its own innate wisdom. My role is to be a grounded guide, helping you access what's already there.

Touch is at the centre of this work because it is the most powerful tool for reconnection.

It is the first sense we develop, and it sets the tone for how we experience the world. Attuned touch speaks to the body at a fundamental level, communicating safety directly to the nervous system. From that place of felt safety, real rest becomes possible. So does healing, reconnection, and access to your own vitality.

The approach is multidimensional– bodywork, nervous system care, movement, and self-care practices– shaped around where you are and what you need.

“Her presence and care shine through.”

“Sarah has developed such mastering with massage that Abdominal Therapy felt like an integrated part of her practice immediately. It was such a dream that I can't wait to come back for more– deep nurturing support. In all her offerings she helps my nervous system to settle so that I can really receive benefits on many levels: energetic and physical.”

“Sarah creates such a relaxing atmosphere! She makes sure I'm as comfy as possible throughout the session, and checks in regularly about various preferences. I always feel safe and heard at all times before, during, and after treatment, and leave feeling calm and happy.”
